QUITO, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- Leaders from Ecuador's ruling PAIS Alliance (AP) will travel to Belgium to meet with former president and AP founder, Rafael Correa, as a bitter rift has separated him from his successor, President Lenin Moreno.
